Tropisueño was shaped by more than thirty years in the San Francisco restaurant scene and a lasting appreciation for the city's food, neighborhoods, and people.

Led in the kitchen by Head Chef Santi, the restaurant brings together handcrafted Mexican food and a warm dining room made for slowing down and settling in. Behind the bar, bartender Manuel Castillo shaped a cocktail program rooted in balance, restraint, and flavor.

The bar features more than 100 selections of 100 percent Blue Agave tequilas and mezcals, along with Mexican beers and a small wine list chosen to pair well with the menu.
